Peer-on-peer learning has been shown to be an extremely effective (and fun) way to learn new concepts and skills. Our SU Student Trainers make peer-delivered skills training a reality, working in pairs to plan and deliver workshops for students, by students, at all levels of study. These workshops cover a range of academic, professional, and personal topics that help students develop skills, enhance employability, and foster intellectual curiosity.

What will I get out of it?

  • Develop valuable skills that employers look for, including coaching, teamwork, and public speaking.
  • Enhance your CV through extra-curricular responsibilities.
  • Meet new people and network throughout the university.
  • Access to the Student Leader Development Programme, providing professional development opportunities.
  • Opportunities for recognition including socials, awards events, etc.

How do I apply?
