The Careers Service is hiring!
We are looking for current students to become part of our small team of Student Employability Coaches (SECs) who provide peer CV and cover letter advice, along with job search strategy advice and interview advice to our students and graduates. They will also offer first-line advice to students coming into our new Campus premises, answering queries and advising on the next steps and appropriate resources. An additional component of the role will be to help produce career-related content for our communication channels such as our website and social media platforms.
We anticipate that SECs will work up to 4 hours per week in semester time. This work will be campus-based and in-person, with the expectation of regular commitment to agreed rota times arranged around your timetable.
